Welcome to the Official Site of the Elk Springs Ranch Homeowners Association

Elk Springs Ranch is located in the Four Corners region of Southwestern Colorado. We're conveniently situated approximately midway between Durango and Cortez.

This private rural community is comprised of thirteen unique 35+ acre parcels, nine of which have been developed.

Striking vistas of the La Plata Mountains and East Canyon awash in ever changing light abound. Elk Springs Ranch abuts BLM lands on both its East and West boundaries.

Our serene canyon is sanctuary to elk, mule deer, black bear, turkey, bald eagle, red-tail hawk, peregrine falcon, magpie, bobcat, lynx, coyote and mountain lion.

The Elk Springs Ranch HOA Annual Meeting convened at 1:00 PM (MDT) on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 7704 Road 46. Members shall receive meeting minutes via email.
